Open the app and tap Sign Up. Fill out all the required fields to get started. If you run into any issues during sign up, email us at olivia@islalune.ca and we'll help you out.

Once signed in, tap the Settings button in the bottom corner of your main journal page. Select My Profile — you can update your password and email address there. You'll receive an automated email to confirm the change. Make sure to check your spam folder and follow the link.

Yes. All of your information is stored in a secure database and is not available to the public. You can view our full Privacy Policy in the Settings page of the app.

Reflections is currently a one-time purchase with no subscription. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds at this time.
